Dan typically delivers to Sydney every week on Thursday or Friday, but will confirm a delivery day with you after you place an order (he is required on the farm during busy times).
We service the following areas:
- The Eastern Suburbs (Surry Hills, Randwick, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Bondi, Maroubra, Bellevue Hill, Coogee, etc.)
- The Inner West (Balmain, Five Dock, Leichhardt, Newtown, Stanmore, Annandale, Drummoyne, etc.)
- The Northern Beaches, North Sydney and the West
We can prepare whole lambs for the spit and also special cuts/orders of any kind. Please contact Dan for any of your lamb needs, we aim to please!
What is cryovac packaging and how is it different
All Mimosa Valley Lamb is cryovac packed (vacuum sealed) to lock in freshness and can be kept in the fridge until the expiry date. Our lamb will age in the bag which will only improve the quality of the meat.
Please be aware that closer to the expiry date will cause excess blood to develop confinement odour – a natural occurrence. Wash off excess blood and let lamb stand for 10 – 15 minutes to eliminate this.
