While selling cryovaced single cuts of lamb at the weekly farmers markets, Dan the Lamb Man also sells delicious cooked lamb like the Mimosa Burger.

Event Catering

Mimosa Valley Lamb is available to cater for special events. Dan can either personally cook or hire out a charcoal spit to cook a whole lamb. He can also cater private events with a variety of different seasonal menus.
